    Thanks for posting this, its really helpful! I’m planning on going there hopefully in October or November then traveling across Europe and leaving from Italy to go to South America.
    And trust me, you’re not missing out on anything here in Tennessee.

    Discounts off of food, tours, etc! No matter where you are, bring your student ID- doesn’t matter where it’s from, as long as it’s valid. I’m in Dublin at the moment, and I’ve probably saved at least 5-8 euros with student discounts!

    Ah i see, i kind of figured using my regular School ID, makes sense. Those backpacks may as well be military packs. Look at the size of those things!

    I just use my UCL …
    I just use my UCL student ID- and that works fine. I didn’t need no fancy ISIC card!

    I say little things like the uk is a hole and you english accents are ugly and they freak out.

    This is a really good set of tips, and really well done. I’ve never used wikitravel, thanks for the tip, I shall be using that when I head off to Innsbruck this weekend.

    Though you must have had better experiences with RyanAir and Easyjet than I did…
